Housing choices for all ages, lifestyles, incomes, races and ethnicities help connect families to jobs, services and recreational amenities, while supporting more a robust economy and healthy housing industry.

Stories in this episode look at new models for sustainable, affordable housing, as well as some historic local examples that still meet the needs of area residents. This episode takes you around the region to see what local communities are doing to get ahead of new market realities, and travels outside of the region to see examples of successful housing models that other cities, such as Omaha, Nebraska, have developed to address the needs of residents.
