The Kansas City region’s long-range transportation plan that guides transportation decision making and funding decisions over a period of several decades. Transportation Outlook 2040 is the region's new long-term plan, looking ahead 30 years. The plan identifies needs and budgets federal transportation funds that the metro area expects to receive over time.

Vision Metcalf Plan, Overland Park, Kan.
The City of Overland Park has a vision for the Metcalf Corridor, long identified as one of its "Main Streets." Combining new jobs and economic opportunities with an infusion of new residential units and mixed-use commercial buildings, improved landscaping and streets will create an environment that will enhance not only the Metcalf Corridor but the entire City of Overland Park. This document, entitled A Vision Plan for the Metcalf Corridor, is the direct result of months of planning and encapsulates a 30-year vision for the Corridor.
